The therapy suite is fully built out and move-in ready now.
The Community Model
Group room — extra income, lower rent
The suite includes a group room with its own private entrance — perfect for therapy groups, CEU trainings, supervision sessions, consultation groups, or practice-building workshops. When outside professionals book the space, that revenue goes back to everyone in the office.
How it works: When the group room is booked by outside trainers, supervisors, or group facilitators, the proceeds are used to reduce everyone’s rent for that month. Some months it might take $100–200 off your cost. Some months it will not. Either way, your max rent is $650 — never more.
This is a collaborative model. When the space does well, everyone benefits.
